Session Flow

Each session is a space for gentle healing, stillness, and awareness.

Every person and every meeting is unique, yet the general flow often follows three natural steps:

1. Initial conversation

We begin with a short dialogue to explore what brings you here — physical symptoms, emotional stress, a wish for deeper balance or the need to resource yourself for the demands of your life.

This moment allows us to connect and for you to arrive fully, both physically and emotionally.

2. Treatment

You then lie down comfortably, fully clothed with your shoes off, while I work with light, attentive touch, and focused attention, moving to different areas of your body in response to your system’s needs.

With quiet presence, I listen to the subtle, palpable rhythms of your body and support its natural capacity to release tension and restrictions and to activate your body’s natural healing potential.

Many people describe a sense of deep calm, warmth, or gentle inner movement during this phase. Often, they report experiencing a new depth of relaxation.

3. Integration & reflection

After the treatment, there is time to rest and to share your impressions if you wish.

We may talk about what was experienced, what the body might need in the coming days, and simple ways to support the ongoing integration of the process into daily life.

Each session is guided by your body’s own pace — allowing change to unfold naturally, without pressure, and always in a safe, respectful space.

Distant sessions

follow the same sequence and principles as in person sessions. Usually people lie down for the sessions, but it is also possible to sit comfortably during the treatment if that is better for you. I work with my attention focusing on you and imagining my hands providing attentive touch, just like in an in-person session, and moving to different areas in response to your body’s needs. The sessions can be over zoom, WhatsApp, or phone or also without the aid of such technology if preferred.
